Growth Stage

We invest in companies between $2-20M of ARR who have an opportunity to sustain or accelerate growth.

Thesis Based

No minimum growth or profitability threshold. We invest with a thesis first approach about companies and their markets.

Flexible Structuring

Vertica offers a combination of growth buyouts, majority recaps, and growth capital with equity check sizes between $10M to $60M.
